We are hiring a senior Russian-speaking Advisory Sales Lead to own and build our CIS client vertical.
This is a consultative, advice-first position with a clear path to becoming Head of CIS Sales within 1218 months.
You will:
- Advise clients
- Close complex deals
- Build trust
- Say no to bad business
- Own revenue and outcomes
What You'll Do
- Advise Russian/CIS clients on:
- UAE company formation
- Banking strategies
- Tax & compliance (with internal experts)
- OnePack / retainer solutions
- Advanced structuring (foundations, holdings, DIFC)
You will:
- Generate your own pipeline (no inbound at the start)
- Run discovery calls and in-person meetings
- Structure proposals and close deals above AED 100k
- Coordinate internally with tax, banking, PRO, and operations teams
- Protect the firm from bad clients, unrealistic expectations, or high-risk setups
- Create educational content (Telegram, LinkedIn, webinars) in collaboration with marketing if needed
Growth Path
Within 1218 months, this role evolves into:
Head of Russian Desk
With:
- Ownership of Russian/CIS revenue
- Authority to hire and train junior advisors
- P&L responsibility
- Department budget control
- KPI ownership
- Commission override on team performance
This is a business-within-a-business, not just a sales title.

3 Cross-border tax considerations (UAE CIS)
