Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Cisco Collaboration Engineer (Level-2) to join our team in
Kuwait. The candidate will be responsible for
implementing, configuring, and supporting Cisco Unified Collaboration solutions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Collaboration Suite:
- CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
- Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco Jabber & Webex
- Cisco Expressway
- Manage and troubleshoot SIP trunks, dial plans, and voice gateways.
- Provide Level-2 support for voice and video collaboration solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
- Configure QoS policies for VoIP and video traffic.
- Integrate Cisco UC solutions with third-party applications and endpoints.
- Work closely with network and security teams for deployment and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of hands-on experience in Cisco UC and Collaboration solutions.
- Expertise in CUCM, Unity, Webex, Jabber, Expressway, SRST.
- Knowledge of SIP trunking, H.323, and MGCP.
- Strong understanding of VoIP, video conferencing, and QoS.
- Certification preferred: CCNP Collaboration (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)
- Experience with Cisco UCCX (Contact Center Express).
- Knowledge of Telepresence and MRA (Mobile Remote Access).
- Familiarity with network security integration for voice/video solutions.
