Civil Design Engineer

HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are looking for a Civil Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil design and experience working in a design office environment. This role requires exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and review design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in civil design, with a focus on working in a design office.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and design software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
• Must be proficient with grading and wet utilities design.
• Must be able to design with Civil 3d, Watergems and Sewergems softwares
