Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor contractors work and ensure compliance with schedules and technical standards.
- Prepare periodic technical reports and submit them to management.
- Review and approve shop drawings.
- Follow up on material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with safety and quality teams to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Perform quantity surveying and prepare statements and progress invoices.
- Participate in solving site issues and propose suitable engineering solutions.
- Attend regular meetings with management, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 13 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
- Ability to read drawings and manage site work effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and a car mandatory requirement.
