Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in a construction or contracting company.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with local construction regulations and practices in Dubai is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of project plans, including design, budget, and timeline.
Oversee the design and technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage and coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications, making adjustments as needed.
Monitor project progress and ensure construction activities are executed efficiently and safely.
Address technical challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
Collaborate with the Planning Engineer to align project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Ensure projects adhere to quality control and safety standards.
