We are looking for UAE experienced Civil Engineer with Civil defence certificates knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in processing required certification , and overseeing the new projects aligned with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with project managers, production managers and sales, Legal & compliance teams to ensure timely submission of documents as per requirement.
- Conduct assessments and surveys to gather relevant data for project planning & documentation
- Develop and review plans, specifications, and project proposals
- Ensure projects comply with legal regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate to facilitate effective project execution
- Monitor and provide technical support as needed
- Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation to management and stakeholders
- Address any issues or changes in project scope and provide solutions
- process & apply necessary approvals required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong understanding of DCD certification requirements, safety regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Driving license is a plus
- 2-3 years UAE experience is must
