MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a talented Civil Engineer (G+12) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning and execution of various construction projects, specifically high-rise buildings in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations. This position requires comprehensive expertise in structural design and project management to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and implementation of G+12 construction projects, ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety and building standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project efficiency and resolve design or construction issues
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, progress updates, and documentation for submittal to relevant authorities
- Optimize engineering processes to improve productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support to project teams as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Valid G+12 classification provided by Dubai Municipality and UAE Society card
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on high-rise buildings in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with engineering software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
