Job Description:
ERACO is seeking to hire a highly experienced Civil Engineer or Architectural Engineer to join its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team and contribute to managing and supervising O&M projects in accordance with the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations and maintenance projects for buildings and facilities.
- Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical reports and periodic maintenance plans.
- Coordinate with technical teams and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor project handover and completion in line with approved schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 7 years of practical experience.
- Proven experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects.
- Good knowledge of building systems and maintenance works.
- Ability to manage technical teams and work on-site.
- Strong technical reporting skills.
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
