Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in commercial fitout projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil engineering and fitout works, with the ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously in different locations. Knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial fitout projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities for 2-3 projects concurrently in different locations.
- Collaborate with MEP and HVAC teams to ensure seamless integration of systems into the fitout process.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during the execution of projects.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project flow and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in fitout works within the UAE.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MEP and HVAC systems.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Salary: AED 6,000 - 8,000 (including allowances).
- Immediate Joining: Available to join immediately.
