Job Description

Role Overview

As a Civil Helper, you will support our maintenance and construction teams to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll assist skilled tradespeople, manage materials, and maintain a safe, organized worksite.

Key Responsibilities
Support: Assist plumbers, electricians, and construction workers with repairs and insta
llations.
Logistics: Carry tools, move materials, and set up equipment.
Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and general site upkeep.
Safety: Follow all safety protocols and keep work areas clean.
What We're Looking For
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor and stand for long periods.
Knowledge: Basic familiarity with construction tools and materials.
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn.

Experience: Previous construction or facility management experience i
