Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Civil Inspector to join the construction supervision team for the
Industrial Valley infrastructure development at KAEC, covering approximately
8.4 million sqm. The role involves monitoring civil construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect civil works including roads, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure works.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify construction activities such as earthworks, road works, stormwater drainage, and utility installations.
- Report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with the Resident Engineer and contractors to resolve site issues.
- Maintain inspection records, site reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Saudi National (mandatory).
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects.
- Experience working with consultancy/PMC supervision teams.
- Experience in road networks, stormwater, and infrastructure projects preferred.
- Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction standards.
