We are seeking a Civil Inspector to join our site supervision team on a prestigious hospitality development in the Umluj region, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring civil works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and report on progress and quality.
- Verify that construction activities follow approved drawings, materials, and methods.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project management teams.
- Identify nonconformities and support corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in civil/site inspection, preferably on hospitality or large-scale building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and KSA regulations.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
