Role Summary
Responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of civil works across multiple restaurant outlets to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine civil maintenance including masonry, tiling, plastering, painting, and minor carpentry.
- Inspect restaurant premises regularly and address wear, damage, or safety issues.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for repair and renovation work.
- Handle emergency civil repairs to minimize operational disruption.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company maintenance standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and report recurring issues to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Civil or relevant trade.
- 24 years of civil maintenance experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or restaurant chains.
- Ability to travel between multiple outlets.
- Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
