Civil Site Engineer – Luxury Villa Projects (Arabic Speaker)

Position Overview

BG Group Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team, specializing in the execution of high-end residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing site activities and ensuring that all construction works are completed with precision, high quality, and in accordance with approved drawings. This role is vital in maintaining the luxury standards BG Group is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all site-level civil activities including structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Ensure implementation of construction plans as per project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in luxury villa construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering methods, materials, and practices.
• Familiar with local building codes and authority regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
