Job Summary
The Civil Site Inspector (E2) is responsible for inspecting and monitoring civil construction works at project sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations. The role ensures that civil works are executed in accordance with project and safety requirements.
Salary: SAR7500-8000

Roles & Responsibilities
- Inspect civil construction activities including earthworks, concrete works, structural works, and finishing works.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and report non-conformances or deviations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Verify materials, workmanship, and construction methods.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams on site issues.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and site documentation.
- Support testing, inspections, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil site inspection or construction supervision.
- Holds a post-secondary intermediate institute diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, standards, and site procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a site-based environment.
