Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all civil construction and site activities, ensuring compliance with design and specifications.
• Manage building services installation (LSP, HVAC, Fire-fighting, cranes, plumbing).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports; arrange client payment certificates.
• Ensure timely availability of method statements, approved materials, and drawings.
• Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors and Owner's Engineer (O/E); maintain meeting records.
• Keep design and construction coordinator updated on program and actual site status.
• Implement and finalize QA systems with subcontractors and O/E; maintain current drawing register and red-marked drawings.
• Coordinate with O/E for method approvals; respond to site notes and instructions.
• Notify Project Manager/Civil Manager of deviations; support claim management and variation identification.
• Verify subcontractor BOQs and valuations; maintain records of field changes and delays.
• Review and certify interim subcontractor payment applications; track resources on dayworks.
• Maintain daily works register and progress records for claims; identify lessons learned for Civil & MEP.
• Comply with company code of ethics, business conduct, and HSE requirements.
