Job Specific Requirements e.g. years of experience, projects handled (O&G, Marine, Non-Process Bldg.)
- Able to carry out structural design reviews for buildings including dynamic seismic & wind design.
- Able to carry out design review for wind loads on claddings, curtain walls and buildings skins.
- Able to perform design reviews for concrete, steel, composite, post tension, shoring, etc.
- Able to interpret design drawing and documents.
- Familiar with Abu Dhabi IBC, ACI and International Codes.
- Able to prepare 3D FE models for buildings and different types of structures.
- Knowledge in structural software such ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD, etc.
- Reporting.
- Good technical reporting skills in English language.
- Able to advise on Specifications, Concept study, Soil investigation Report, Seismic report, Wind tunnel reports, Basic of design.
