Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in high-end Fit-outprojects. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensuring that all interior civil works, partitions, ceilings, and finishes are executed to the highest standards of quality and within the specified timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all civil works on Fit-Out projects.
- Ensure quality of work according to project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure standards are met.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Assist in planning and scheduling civil activities on site.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in civil supervision, specifically within Fit-out and Interior Design projects (Commercial, Retail, or Residential).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and fit-out shop drawings.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Strong personality with proven experience in managing large labor forces and subcontractors.
- Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
