Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Civil Site Supervisor role based in Dubai. The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, manage site personnel, ensure work adheres to specifications and timelines, and maintain safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, handling project documentation, and providing progress updates to management. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure smooth site operations and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, engineering practices, and site management
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards in construction
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools
- Prior experience in high-quality, bespoke, or luxury construction projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory position in the construction industry
