What you do


You work in the division Health & Benefits Claims Germany. We deal with processing of demanding health insurance cases in Germany and abroad. With a great deal of interest in medical matters in contact with customers, we enable professional processing. From the initial correspondence to the conclusion, including the examination of recourse options. We work in a specialized team and use a global network of providers, doctors and other experts

  • ckExamination of entitlement to benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of insuran
  • ceAssessment of medical facts and diagnos
  • esSettlement and payment of the service entitlement to our customers Written correspondence with our customer

  • msAssumption of special tasks (by arrangement), e.g. examination and assessment of emergency call damage within the framework of an interface to the emergency call cent
