Job Summary
Al Marwan Developments is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across real estate properties and office facilities. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a safe, clean, and presentable environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Cleaner include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, pantry areas, and common spaces
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage areas
- Refill cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue, and sanitizer as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, corridors, and building premises
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are serviced regularly
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and as instructed
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks when required
- Support in maintaining hygiene standards across multiple locations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible
- Flexible and willing to work across different locations as required
