Job Description

We are seeking entry to mid-level Account Managers with a strong background in restaurant acquisition, sales, and account management within the UAE/GCC food delivery ecosystem. You will be responsible for onboarding restaurant partners, managing relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple aggregators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new restaurant partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals efficiently
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners
  • Act as a growth consultant for partner success
  • Communicate regularly via calls, meetings, and presentations
  • Provide insights and recommendations to partners
  • Monitor KPIs such as acceptance rates, delivery times, and customer feedback
  • Optimize menus, pricing, and overall listing performance across aggregators

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in food delivery / aggregator sales (UAE or GCC)
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Ability to achieve aggressive acquisition and revenue targets
  • Understanding of platforms like Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, etc.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and hands-on
