We are seeking entry to mid-level Account Managers with a strong background in restaurant acquisition, sales, and account management within the UAE/GCC food delivery ecosystem. You will be responsible for onboarding restaurant partners, managing relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new restaurant partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals efficiently
- Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners
- Act as a growth consultant for partner success
- Communicate regularly via calls, meetings, and presentations
- Provide insights and recommendations to partners
- Monitor KPIs such as acceptance rates, delivery times, and customer feedback
- Optimize menus, pricing, and overall listing performance across aggregators
What We're Looking For
- Experience in food delivery / aggregator sales (UAE or GCC)
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Ability to achieve aggressive acquisition and revenue targets
- Understanding of platforms like Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, etc.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and hands-on
