Act as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise. The Client Advisor builds genuine and long-term relationships with clients, understands their needs, and guides them across the Maison to achieve individual and team objectives.
Job responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales Performance
- Welcome every client and deliver the best-in-class client experience in line with Maison standards.
- Drive individual and team sales objectives while being accountable for personal performance.
- Advise clients across the Maison's product categories, ensuring relevant and personalized recommendations.
Clienteling & Relationship Building
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling and follow-up.
- Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
Brand Representation & Standards
- Develop strong brand and product knowledge to represent the Maison with credibility.
- Respect Louis Vuitton standards in grooming, behavior, and service excellence.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Team Contribution
- Act as a team player and contribute to collective objectives and store initiatives.
- Participate actively in daily operations and store activities.
Profile
- Initial experience in retail or luxury environment is a plus.
- Strong client-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious, agile, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Arabic speakers mandatory
