Client Advisor - Real Estate

The Client Advisor - Real Estate is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying client needs to provide tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing property viewings, providing expert advice on real estate opportunities, assisting clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and solutions. The role also involves negotiating contracts and coordinating with different teams to ensure a streamlined service experience.

• Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction to foster trusted and long-lasting partnerships
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs professionally and efficiently
• Familiarity with Insurance-related aspects of real estate transactions
• Proficiency in market research and ability to analyze real estate trends
• Experience or knowledge in the real estate industry, particularly within the UAE market, is an advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
