Client Advisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Client Advisor will engage directly with VIP and VVIP clients, delivering an outstanding and highly personalized luxury experience. The position requires an exhisting client database, strong commercial mindset combined with refined interpersonal skills, ensuring that every client interaction reflects the elevated standards of The Unique Group.

The Main Tasks

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP and VVIP clients

• Proactively develop new client opportunities within the luxury segment

• Support private appointments, events, and client activations

• Maintain deep knowledge of showcased brands and pieces

• Uphold the highest standards of luxury client experience

Qualification

•Proven experience in luxury retail, high jewelry, watches, or UHNW client services in Dubai

• Strong background in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction

• Demonstrated ability to work with VIP clientele (existing network in Dubai is a strong advantage)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and client-oriented mindset

• Ability to operate with discretion in a high-end luxury environment

• Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are a strong plus

• Knowledge of insurance or high-value goods handling is an advantage
