Job Title: #ClientAdvocacyManager

Duration: 1 Year

Location: Egypt

Experience: 3+ years

Purpose:

Manage client relationships and day-to-day delivery of testing programs.

Ensure client satisfaction, program effectiveness, and contractual compliance.

Support revenue growth and achieve NPS/revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Manage operational delivery of exams and programs.

Resolve client/candidate issues; identify root causes and improvements.

Ensure compliance with SLAs and contracts.

Produce reports and track program metrics.

Support revenue opportunities and account growth.

Collaborate with internal teams (technology, test publishing, channel ops).

Qualifications:

35 years in account management, client success, or sales support (assessment/tech preferred).

Track record of managing complex solutions.

Fluent in English & Arabic; degree preferred.

Project Management qualification is a plus.
