Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially drivenClient Directorwith 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing and client leadership.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record inleading pitches, winning RFPs, managing a portfolio of clients, and driving revenue growththrough strategic account expansion.
This role requires a senior leader who can combine strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and full-funnel digital expertise to grow both new and existing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-endpitching and RFP processes
- Develop winning proposals, strategic decks, and commercial frameworks
- Own and deliver against assignedrevenue targets
- Drivenew business acquisitionand pipeline growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
- Identify and executeupselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop integrated full-funnel digital strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)
- Build strong, long-term client partnerships at senior stakeholder level
- Collaborate with internal teams (performance, media, creative, content, analytics) to ensure delivery excellence
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and profitability

- 8-12 years of experience in client servicing, account leadership, or business development within digital marketing
- Proven track record ofwinning competitive RFPs and leading successful pitches
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owningrevenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to driveaccount growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Deep understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategy
- Experience managing multiple clients and cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities
