Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Client Engagement & Business Development professional to manage client relationships and drive business growth. The role involves coordinating service delivery, advising on UAE regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities to expand client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction.

Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate service delivery.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Support client onboarding, proposals, and presentations.

Stay updated on UAE regulatory and industry developments.

Track client performance, retention, and revenue growth; prepare periodic reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (professional certifications preferred).

Minimum 3 years experience in consultancy, Corporate Banking or related client-facing roles.

Corporate Banking experience is highly recommended.

Proven experience managing client portfolios in the UAE or GCC.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and multitasking skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
