RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on UAE sectors such as government, BFSI, healthcare, retail, and enterprise.
- Identify, qualify, and close new IT solution opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
2. Account Management
- Own and grow key customer accounts by understanding needs and positioning relevant solutions.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across Intertec's IT services and solutions.
3. Collaboration & Solution Positioning
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and practice teams to design tailored solutions.
- Partner with OEMs like Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, ServiceNow, etc., for solution alignment and joint engagements.
- Provide insights on customer demand and market gaps.
4. Tendering & Proposal Management
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses including solution design inputs, pricing, compliance, and documentation.
- Conduct commercial and technical negotiations with procurement teams and leadership stakeholders.
5. Market Intelligence
- Track UAE market trends, competition, and technology advancements.
- Identify new growth areas and potential risks.
TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:
MANDATORY
- Bachelor's degree in IT; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT solution sales / business development, handling enterprise accounts and closing complex IT deals.
- Strong background in:
- AMC renewals & new business generation
- Software maintenance renewals & upgrades
- Outsourcing, managed services & professional services
- Exposure to one or more IT solution domains:
- Cloud & Infrastructure Azure, AWS, Oracle
- Enterprise Platforms Microsoft Dynamics, Asset Management, ERP, CRM
- ITSM/ESM ServiceNow, Ivanti, ManageEngine
- RPA & Automation solutions
- Low-code / No-code platforms
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and pipeline forecasting skills.
- Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and enterprise customers in the UAE/GCC.
