Client & Growth Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager who can balance relationships, structure, and execution. This role is for someone who understands that great client service is built on clarity, follow-through, and trust. You'll be the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects move smoothly from briefing to delivery.

The Role

As an Account Manager at Third Born, you'll manage day-to-day client communication while overseeing timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination. You'll work closely with creative, content, and social teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to standard.

This is a client-facing role with real responsibility and impact.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary client contact for assigned accounts
• Manage day-to-day communication and expectations
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and workflows
• Brief internal teams and follow up on execution
• Coordinate between design, content, and social teams
• Attend shoots and client meetings when required
• Manage content calendars, posting workflows, and approvals
• Support business development and new client acquisition

What We're Looking For

• Experience in account management or project management (agency-side preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confidence in client-facing situations
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with creative and social workflows
• Based in Abu Dhabi or able to work within the UAE
