Client Partnership & Account Leadership
You build trust through intelligence, not volume.
- Lead and manage key client relationships across multiple accounts with calm confidence
- Translate business needs into sharp, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Oversee Account Managers and Executives, guiding them with clarity and precision
- Ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and at the highest standard
- Own scopes, forecasting, financials, and delivery excellence
- Become a trusted advisor to mid-to-senior clients not just a messenger
- Understand your client's world deeply: market, competitors, culture, and ambition
Social Media Leadership (Core to the Role)
Social is not an add-on it's central.
- Lead day-to-day social media management across multiple brands and platforms
- Oversee content planning, calendars, performance tracking, and optimization
- Work closely with content, creative, and strategy teams to ensure social work is relevant, timely, and high-impact
- Analyze social performance data and translate insights into smarter content and media decisions
- Hands-on familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Emplifi) is a strong advantage
Business Growth & Pitch Support
You sniff out opportunity before it's obvious.
- Identify organic growth moments through sharp observation and client intelligence
- Support Account Directors on pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations
- Contribute to planning, forecasting, and commercial conversations
- Stay alert, proactive, and one step ahead always
Strategy, Insight & Innovation
Creativity guided by instinct.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to craft sharp, relevant solutions
- Turn data and performance metrics into meaningful insights
- Support brand audits with a curious, investigative mindset
- Recommend optimizations that strengthen results and deepen partnerships

Leadership & Collaboration

- Confident managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

- Driven by results, but grounded in relationships
