Bawadikji Interior Decoration LLC is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Coordinator who combines strong communication skills with a creative eye and business awareness. This role is ideal for someone who can manage client relationships, support design coordination, and identify upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Manage client communications, meetings, follow-ups, and approvals
- Prepare and present mood boards, material selections, and concept visuals in coordination with the design team
- Identify opportunities to upsell design services, materials, upgrades, and add-ons aligned with client needs
- Support sales and design teams during client presentations and negotiations
- Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals across Design, Site, and Management teams
- Maintain accurate client records, approvals, and documentation
- Ensure a smooth, premium client experience from onboarding to project handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- 13 years of experience in client coordination, customer service, sales support, or interior design-related roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes
- Ability to create simple mood boards (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools)
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in upselling and value-based recommendations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction industry is an advantage
