Debt Settlement Negotiator - On-Site, Night Shift

About the Role: We're seeking 1-3 highly educated professionals to join our US-based debt relief operation as Debt Settlement Negotiators. This is a critical, non-sales role requiring sophisticated negotiation skills and excellent English proficiency to work directly with US creditors on behalf of our clients.
Work Schedule:
- On-site position at our Sheikh Zayed office
- Night shift: 7 PM to 4 AM Egypt time (to align with US business hours)
- Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate directly with creditors to settle outstanding debts
- Navigate complex financial discussions and documentation
- Maintain professional communication with US-based creditors and stakeholders
- Document negotiation outcomes and settlement agreements
- Collaborate with team leadership to optimize settlement strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Finance, Law, or related field preferred)
- Exceptional English proficiency (C1/C2 level) - both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle high-stakes conversations
- Able to work night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM) on-site in Sheikh Zayed
- Experience in finance, collections, or customer service preferred
Compensation:
- Base salary: EGP 20,000/month
- Performance bonuses: Up to EGP 10,000/month
