As a Relationship Manager, you work directly with prospective Golden Visa investors from first conversation through property purchase and visa approval. You are their trusted guide through one of the most important decisions they'll make.

:

Identify and qualify prospective investors in your market

Educate clients on the Greek Golden Visa programme and investment options

Present properties from the GGV portfolio matched to client needs

Guide clients through the purchase journey, coordinating with our operations team

Maintain ongoing communication through to transaction completion

This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role. Your success in building trusted relationships translates directly to commission earnings.

:

Existing network and proven ability to reach high-net-worth individuals in your market

Strong communication skills and genuine care for client outcomes

Self-motivated with disciplined follow-through

Comfortable working independently

:

Experience in real estate, immigration, wealth management, or luxury sales

Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, Thai, Turkish, or Farsi

Active LinkedIn presence

Full training and certification on Greek Golden Visa (no cost to you)

CRM system for pipeline management

Marketing materials and brand assets

Country Manager support or direct Athens HQ access
