Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT staffing clients.
  • Understand client hiring requirements, workforce plans, and timelines.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to deliver qualified IT candidates across contract and permanent roles.
  • Manage end-to-end client engagement including requirement intake, candidate submissions, interviews, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high service quality, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify account growth opportunities, including new roles, projects, and renewals.
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, and extensions where applicable.
  • Track client feedback and market trends to improve delivery effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment account management.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring models (contract, permanent, project-based).
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-sized client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams.
  • Experience handling SLAs, KPIs, and client escalations.
