Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT staffing clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements, workforce plans, and timelines.
- Partner with recruitment teams to deliver qualified IT candidates across contract and permanent roles.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement including requirement intake, candidate submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure high service quality, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Identify account growth opportunities, including new roles, projects, and renewals.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and extensions where applicable.
- Track client feedback and market trends to improve delivery effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment account management.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring models (contract, permanent, project-based).
- Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-sized client accounts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams.
- Experience handling SLAs, KPIs, and client escalations.
