HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Join Cartier as a Client Service Associate and play a key role in delivering a seamless after-sales experience. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will support clients throughout their service journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Cartier's standards of excellence.
As a UAE National, this role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global luxury environment, working closely with experienced teams and engaging with a diverse clientele.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to clients
- Act as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries
- Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care
- Monitor service files and ensure timely follow-up and communication
- Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience
- Contribute to client satisfaction and after-sales performance
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US
- Minimum 3 years experience in client service (luxury is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Interest in jewellery, watches, and after-sales service
- Comfortable using systems and tools (MS Office, CRM)
- Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
PART-TIME CONTRACT
Part-time permanent role with a structured compensation package, including commission and bonus.
