We are seeking a Finance & Administrative Affairs Specialist to be assigned to our Dubai Office, who will actively contribute to our international operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administrative affairs,
- Experience in international companies or overseas projects is preferred,
- Good command of English (both written and spoken),
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with IFS is an asset),
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined,
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Job Description
- Manage finance, accounting, and administrative processes within the Dubai office,
- Maintain relationships with local banks, authorities, and consultancy firms,
- Ensure compliance with local tax, legal, and financial regulations,
- Prepare and report monthly and periodic financial statements,
- Perform financial reporting in coordination with Head Office,
- Manage invoicing, payments, collections, and cash flow processes,
- Provide necessary documentation and support during audit processes,
- Coordinate administrative processes such as visas and work permits with relevant departments,
- Provide financial and operational support to international projects,
- Support compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) procedures.
