Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and tech-savvy Client Solutions Associate to bridge the gap between business growth and client satisfaction. In this hybrid role, you will be the primary engine for expanding our market presence while simultaneously ensuring our existing clients receive world-class support. You will not just sell a service; you will provide the technical and relationship-based solutions that help our clients thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Outreach: Identify prospective clients within the tech sector and execute outreach strategies to introduce our solutions and drive new revenue.
  • End-to-End Account Management: Manage the full client lifecycle from initial onboarding to long-term retention, ensuring every touchpoint adds value.
  • Proactive Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing fast and effective troubleshooting to resolve platform or service issues.
  • CRM & Data Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools to optimize the Customer Journey.
  • Client Advocacy: Work closely with internal teams to communicate client needs and feedback, helping to shape the future of our product offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience: 24 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or a high-level Technical Support role.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Tech Literacy: High comfort level with digital platforms, SaaS environments, and modern CRM systems.
  • Communication: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic speaking skills are a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills combined with a patient, solution-oriented approach to customer service.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
