Role Overview
The
Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring every client receives exceptional service and a seamless experience throughout their engagement with the firm. This role focuses on proactive communication, client satisfaction and building long-term relationships by understanding client needs and aligning them with the firm's services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their complete journey with the firm.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Anticipate client needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and client updates.
- Gather client feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Track client interactions, maintain updated records, and prepare client-related reports.
- Support initiatives that strengthen client engagement and retention.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 34 years experience in client success, relationship management, or account management, in a Law Firm setting.
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Familiarity with Dubai's business or legal environment is an advantage.
