Key Responsibilities
- Review, annotate, and label clinical and RCM-related datasets according to guidelines.
- Apply clinical and insurance knowledge to interpret medical records and billing data.
- Validate data quality, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues.
- Collaborate with clinical, data science, QA, and operations teams.
- Maintain clear documentation of annotation decisions.
- Support reporting and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adapt to changing guidelines and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related field (required).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Python is a plus.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured medical data.
- 1-2 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist or in a clinical role.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical insurance or Revenue Cycle Management (coding, claims, prior authorizations, denials, or utilization review) is a strong plus.
- Prior exposure to clinical data annotation or auditing is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a clinical or healthcare field.
- Masters's degree in Data Science or Data Labelling.
