Job Title: Clinical Development Specialist Middle East & Africa (MEA)

Job Description:

This is a contract remote role for a Clinical Development Specialist. As a Clinical Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting healthcare professionals across the MEA region in the clinical application of our electrophysiology products. This includes providing on-site and on-line training, case support, troubleshooting and ensuring the effective use of our solutions to improve patient outcomes.

This position is remote and open to candidates based within the Middle East region, ideally in locations with direct flight connections to major hubs such as Dubai, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi or Cairo.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support and training to healthcare professionals in the MEA region, ensuring proper use of electrophysiology products of EverPace.
• Organize, conduct and analyze clinical training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of distributor's technicians.
• Provide on-site and on-line technical assistance and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
• Collect feedback from customers to contribute to product development and improvement.
• Collect complaint reports, deliver it to right channel in the company and follow-up the whole complaint process.
• Maintain an inventory of devices and perform software updates in the field when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• No restrictions to travel across the MEA region.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience with the use of 3D Mapping Systems.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in conventional EP procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in medicine, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Cryo ablation products.
• Knowledge of PFA ablation products.
• Experience in basic technical interventions on the medical devices.
