Job Overview

The Health Clinical Psychologist is responsible for delivering personalized, preventative, and performance-focused psychological care within a membership-based concierge longevity clinic. This includes providing psychological assessments, counselling, and behavioural support informed by members genomic, lifestyle, and comprehensive health data.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the health psychologist will integrate psychological insights into proactive health assessments, personalized care plans, and ongoing member engagement. The role supports sustainable behaviour change, optimizes mental wellbeing, resilience, and performance, and contributes to improved long-term health outcomes within a precision longevity framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to integrate psychological and behavioural evaluations into member screening and assessment protocols.
  • Review member diagnostic results (including lifestyle and health data) and collaborate with the care team to derive behavioural and psychological insights for personalized care.
  • Develop individualized behavioural change strategies aligned with members health goals, longevity plans, and lifestyle needs.
  • Conduct psychological assessments, wellbeing consultations, and behaviour-focused coaching sessions.
  • Support members in implementing sustainable lifestyle and behaviour changes, including areas such as stress management, sleep, adherence, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish structured follow-up plans to monitor progress and adapt behavioural strategies accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and training to clinical staff on behavioural approaches, patient engagement, and supporting adherence to care plans.
  • Analyze behavioural and psychological outcomes to continuously refine protocols and improve effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of tools, pathways, and approaches that enhance member engagement and long-term behaviour change.
  • Participate in care coordination discussions to ensure alignment of behavioural strategies with overall clinical objectives.
  • Engage members through education, coaching, and ongoing support to enhance accountability and long-term outcomes.
  • Document all interactions, behavioural strategies, and progress clearly within electronic health records.
  • Follow up with members regularly to ensure adherence, address challenges, and maintain engagement with their care plans.
  • Contribute to data analysis and outcome tracking to continuously improve the longevity care model.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all psychological and behavioural practices comply with applicable healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and professional guidelines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies when handling sensitive member information.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions within the electronic health record system.

  • Understanding of lifestyle medicine, stress physiology, and mind-body interactions.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and digital health platforms.
  • Ability to integrate behavioural insights into precision and longevity care models.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Masters degree of a minimum two (2) years in Psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Psychologist with substantial clinical experience (minimum 3 years) in psychological assessments and counselling.
  • Experience in behaviour change, lifestyle medicine, or preventative health settings is preferred.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary clinical environments is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
