We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with FenX configuration and deep expertise in the Know Your Customer (KYC) domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of configurators
Must Have
- Proven hands-on experience with FenX configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations, FATF (Financial Action Task Force) guidelines, CRS (Common Reporting Standard), and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)
- Expertise in the KYC domain, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
Preferred
- Fenergo certified on configuration.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 2 year of hands-on configuration and minimum 7 years experience in KYC domain using Fene (Fenergo) and Fenx
