This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant (Spanish Speaker). The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also offer property consultations and guide clients in making informed real estate decisions.

• Proven skills in consulting and providing expert advice tailored to client needs
• Strong communication abilities in both Spanish and English, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
• Knowledge of sales techniques and successful track record in achieving sales targets
• Familiarity with real estate markets, trends, and industry knowledge is highly desirable
• Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant field is a plus
