We are working with a fast-growing luxury travel company to hire a Senior-level Cloud Engineer to support the design, build, and operation of scalable cloud platforms. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, security-focused, and experienced across AWS and Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure
- Implement Infrastructure as Codeusing Terraform (or equivalent)
- Manage cloud networking (VPCs/VNets, subnets, load balancers, DNS)
- Apply cloud security best practices (IAM/RBAC, encryption, firewalls, WAF)
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for performance and reliability
- Work closely with engineering teams to align infrastructure with product needs
- Maintain clear technical documentation and runbooks
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years experience in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
- Solid understanding of cloud networking and security
- Experience with Terraform and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously

- AWS or Azure certifications
- Experience in high-growth or product-led environments
- Exposure to cost optimisation and cloud governance
