Cloud Engineer

A client of ours based in Dubai, a luxury travel company, is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis in their office in Dubai.

They are looking for someone who comes from a travel industry background, only candidates with this experience will be considered.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles with a focus on AWS and Azure.

Expertise in networking, including VPCs, VNets, security groups, load balancing, and DNS.

Proficiency in Terraform, ARM Templates (or Bicep), and scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

Strong knowledge of security best practices across cloud environments.

Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK stack, etc.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Passion for scalable, resilient architecture and infrastructure automation.
