Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Account Manager with strong expertise in Cybersecurity Services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on understanding of Information Security, SOC Operations, and related cybersecurity services, combined with excellent sales and account management skills.
This role will focus on driving new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and positioning our cybersecurity solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in cybersecurity services, including Information Security, SOC (Security Operations Center), Managed Security Services, Threat Detection & Response, and Compliance Solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design tailored solutions that address client requirements.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance regulations to effectively position our offerings.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and sales reports to management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales or account management within the Cybersecurity / IT Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, SOC operations, information security practices, and managed security solutions.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
