We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, and passionate Club Manager to lead the team of fitness professionals.
Position Overview:
The Club Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the fitness club, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the club, including staff management, member engagement, sales, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the customer service, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. Hospitality industry experience with commercial, target driven performance is welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of fitness professionals, front desk staff, and support personnel.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive membership growth and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze club performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve club performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage the club's budget, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive and inclusive club culture that promotes health, wellness, and community.
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with corporate management to align club goals with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the fitness industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and staff development.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen, with the ability to drive membership growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using fitness club management software and other relevant technology.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
